How long does it take to process orders?

Answer:

I aim to dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days. If a customisation is required, I will always message with a timescale, depending on the size of the order.

 

Postage cost for multiple items purchase, do I pay extra if I buy more than one item?

Answer:

Additional items ( multiple quantity ) do not incur extra postage fees, you are only charged when you choose to upgrade the UK free shipping.

Where do you ship to?

Answer:

Currently I only ship to the UK and plan to open up to the USA in the near future. Customers from the USA can find me on Etsy

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Answer:

I use Royal Mail Second Class service, which is usually 2-3 days. There will be options to upgrade the service at checkout, including Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, or other couriers.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Please notify me within 4 hours if you change your mind.I will wait that long before start making your order. 

If you want to cancel but your order was already dispatched, please return it when it arrives for a full refund.
